1. Grundsätzliches

- Das Ticket ist PERSÖNLICH, ES DARF UNTER KEINEN UMSTÄNDEN WEITERGEGEBEN werden oder jemand anders mitnehmen ohne Rücksprache mit uns!! Es ist diesbezüglich in der letzen Saison ein Supportersclub gesperrt worden für Ticketkäufe. Sollten wir jemand erwischen, wird dieser zukünftig keine Tickets mehr erhalten und muss mit Ausschluss aus dem Verein rechnen. Wir werden zusammen mit Arsenal gewisse Stichproben durchführen.

- Jedes Mitglied – auch die Neumitglieder - haben die Berechtigung pro Spiel ein Ticket anzufragen.

- Eine Bestellung ist definitiv. In Ausnahmefällen kann VOR der Deadline noch storniert werden, jedoch DEFINITIV NICHT NACH DER DEADLINE. Wir haben nach der Deadline keinen Einfluss auf den Prozess, dh wenn uns das Arsenal London Box Office die Tickets bestätigt werden diese automatisch von unserem Bankkonto abgezogen.

- Sollte euch auffallen, dass jemand im Stadion dem Gegner hilft, bitte dies melden mit der Sitznummer, der Reihe und dem Eingang an arsenalfc@bluewin.ch.

- Achtung, die Ticket müssen neu auf das Handy geladen werden. Eintritt nur noch mit Handy und nicht mehr mit Papier!

- Sicher habt ihr euch gewundert, dass später nach der Deadline Tickets via Newsletter kurzfristig zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Diese Tickets sind von persönlichen Saison Tickets von der Person welche sich kurzfristig oder mittelfristig entscheidet nicht ans Spiel zu gehen. Bevor wir das Ticket an das Box Office zurückgeben, wollen wir lieber einem Swiss Gunners Member die Chance geben an dieses Spiel zu gehen. Es sind also KEINE Tickets aus dem Supporters Club Pot!

2. Ablauf Ticketbestellung

- Von Arsenal London erhalten wir eine Deadline bis wann wir spätestens die Anzahl benötigten Tickets in ihrer Datenbank eingeben müssen.

- Einige Tage später erhalten wir die Bestätigung über die Anzahl Tickets die wir erhalten werden. Falls wir zuwenig Tickets erhalten, werden die Prioritäsregeln (Siehe Punkt 3) angewendet.

- Wenn du das OK von uns erhältst, ist das Ticket gesichert. Du kannst dann in Ruhe die Reise buchen und musst nicht warten bis das Ticket kommt.

- Es kann sein, dass es kleine Preisänderungen gibt, dies kann zum Beispiel an einem höheren Pfund Kurs liegen oder dass uns Arsenal höhere Ticketpreise verrechnet. Wir geben jedoch immer den Originalpreis plus Fr. 10.00 Bearbeitungsgebühren weiter.

3. Ticket Regeln

- Zuerst gilt bei allen Spielen – Nur wer den Jahresbeitrag rechtzeitig bezahlt hat, erhält auch die unten genannten Prioritäten!

- Bei den grossen Spielen (Kategorie A wie Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham ODER ENTSCHEIDUNGSSPIELEN ) muss man mindestens 3 Jahre dabei sein um Prioritäten (Prio) und damit eine Chance für Tickets zu erhalten! Zusammengefasst die Prioritäten bei grossen Spielen:

Prio 1, Alle die mehr als 3 Saison hintereinander im Arsenal Supporters Club Switzerland Mitglieder sind und noch kein grosses Spiel in dieser Saison besucht haben. Bei gleicher Anzahl Prio 2, diejenigen welche länger Mitglieder sind und noch kein grosses Spiel besuchten, Prio 3, diejenigen welche früher kein Ticket erhielten, bei gleicher Anzahl Prio 4, WER LÄNGER MITGLIED IST, PRIO 5 diejenigen welche mehr als 3 Saison dabei sind und schon ein grosses Spiel besucht haben, PRIO 6, BEI GLEICHER ANZAHL IN PRIO 5 WER LÄNGER MITGLIED IST, Prio 7, wer 2 Jahre Mitglied ist, PRIO 8, ALLE ANDEREN, bei gleicher Anzahl Auslosung.

- Folgende Prioritäten bei den ‚normalen‘ Spielen:

Prio 1, diejenigen welche mehr als 2 Saison dabei sind und schon einmal IN DIESER SAISON kein Ticket erhalten haben und noch kein Spiel gesehen haben, bei gleicher Anzahl Prio 2, wer von Prio 1 am mehr absagen erhalten hat, Prio 3, Wer länger Mitglied ist, (Minimum 2 Jahre dabei) und kein Spiel in dieser Saison gesehen hat, Prio 4, Alle Member welche mehr als 2 Jahre dabei sind und in dieser Saison schon ein Spiel besucht haben und eine Absage erhalten haben, bei gleicher Anzahl Prio 5, wer mehr Absagen erhalten hat, bei gleicher Anzahl Prio 6, wer länger Mitglied ist und schon Spiele in dieser Saison besucht hat und länger als 2 Jahre dabei ist, Prio 7, wer in dieser Saison neues Mitglied it, Prio 8 Auslosung

- Weitere Änderung, wir akzeptieren keine Sammelbestellungen mehr. Wer zusammen Reisen will soll ein Mail machen an Arsenalfc@bluewin.ch und die Namen der Zusammenreisenden durchgeben.

1. Basics

- The ticket is PERSONAL, IT MUST NOT BE PASSED ON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES or take someone else without consulting us!! In this regard, a supporters club was blocked for ticket purchases last season. If we catch someone, they will no longer receive tickets in the future and will have to expect expulsion from the club. We will do some spot checks with Arsenal.

- Every member - including new members - has the right to request one ticket per game.

- An order is final. In exceptional cases it is still possible to cancel BEFORE the deadline, but DEFINITELY NOT AFTER THE DEADLINE. We have no control over the process after the deadline, which means that when Arsenal London Box Office confirms the tickets, they are automatically deducted from our bank account.

- If you notice someone in the stadium helping the opponent, please report this to arsenalfc@bluewin.ch with the seat number, row and entrance.

- Attention, the ticket must be reloaded onto the mobile phone. Entry only with mobile phone and no longer with paper!

- Surely you were surprised that tickets are made available via newsletter at short notice after the deadline. These tickets are personal season tickets from the person who decides not to attend the game in the short of medium term. 2. Ticket order process

- Arsenal London gave us a deadline by which we have to enter the number of required tickets in their database.

- A few days later we will receive confirmation of the number of tickets we will receive. If we receive not all tickets, the priority rules (see point 3) will be applied.

- If you get the OK from us, the ticket is secured. You can then book the trip and don't have to wait for the ticket to come.

- There may be small price changes, for example this may be due to a higher sterling exchange rate or Arsenal charging us higher ticket prices. However, we always pass on the original price plus CHF 10.00 processing fee.

3. Ticket Rules
- First applies to all games - only those who have paid the annual fee on time will also receive the priorities mentioned below!

- At the big games (Category A like Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham) you have to be a member for at least 3 years in order to get priority and have a chance for tickets! In summary, the priorities for big games:

Priority 1, everyone who has been a member of the Arsenal Supporters Club Switzerland for more than 3 seasons in a row and has not yet attended a big game this season. If the number is the same, priority 2 is those who have been members for longer as 3 year and have not yet attended a big game. With the same number, priority 3, those who did not receive a ticket before, with the same number, priority 4, those who have been there for more than 3 seasons and have already attended a big game. If the number is the same, Prio 5 for those who have been a member for 2 years, with the same number we made draws.

- The following priorities for the 'normal' games:

Prio 1, those who have been member for more than 2 seasons and have not received a ticket IN THIS SEASON and have not seen a game yet, with the same number. - Another change, we no longer accept bulk orders. Anyone who wants to travel together should send an email to Arsenalfc@bluewin.ch and give the names of those people who will traveling together.
